Bravo Banner Wall System

Our impactful Banner Wall Stands are foldable, even while the fabric stays attached, making them wonderfully easy to erect and dismantle. Images are printed as one piece without seams in 2 x sizes: - 2250mm x 2250mm & 3000mm x 2250mm.

Banner Sock Graphics & Frames

Completely custom made, our curvy Banner Sock Frames and Banner Sock Graphics provide an excellent way to create free flowing stands that are easy to assemble or dismantle and can be cheaply transported.

Clip Rods

Bravo's Clip Rods are made of aluminium & feature plastic black "End Caps". Our Clip Rods are specially formulated to clip onto & hold fabric Banners in place without puckering. They create a most elegant looking Fabric Banner, especially when the Clip Rods are used top & bottom of the Banner.

Dowel / Rods

Bravo's Rods or Dowel are used to hang Fabric Banners and curtains that have been sewn with either Tabs, Eyelets or most commonly Rod Pockets. They are available in wood, metal & other fabrications.

Eyelets

Bravo's Eyelets are metal rings that are hammered into the fabric to make openings in the fabric, so that rods or rope can be inserted without fraying the fabric and the fabric can be hung or attached. Commonly used for Curtains, Fence Wraps and Banners.

EZYFIT Display System

The Bravo Ezy Fit Frame will undoubtedly revolutionise the retail and display market. These fabulous custom aluminium frames have been specifically designed to easily mount and stretch a fabric printed graphic, creating a display that is smooth, slick and modern.

EZYFIT Light Boxes

Bravo's EZYFIT Light Boxes utilize the very best in graphic print on textiles, within a sleek, but durable anodised aluminium frame. When viewed from the front the Bravo EZYFIT Light Box has very little visible frame, creating an edge to edge graphic.

Header Tape

Bravo's Header Tape is another form of finishing used to reinforce and enable Flags, Banners, Sharkfins, Feathers & Tear Drops to be hung. Header tape is x wide & is available in White & Black.

Industrial Zip

Bravo's Industrial Zips are open ended, so that they can be customized to suit their intended end use. They are used for products such as our Banner Sock Graphics, as shown here, for any application that requires a closure with strength and durability.

Interfacing / Fusing

Usually a non-woven fabric which is available in varying weights, that is used to stiffen fabric and strengthen seams or to keep the fabric from stretching out of shape.

Invisible Zippers

A Invisible zipper is actually a particular zipper that is sewn with the teeth of the zipper lining up directly where the fabric would have been otherwise sewn as a seam. No folds are used to cover this type of zipper, because their actual structure, makes them virtually hidden from the eye.

Lining

Inserted between two printed layers of fabric to create a form of Blockout and prevent one print from being seen through the other print. Line and protect curtains from sun exposure and to hide the inner seams of garments. Lining comes in a huge variety of fabrications.

Rubber Beading

Bravo's Rubber Beading is sewn onto the Printed Banner, to help it slot & remain slotted into our EZYFIT Display Systems and our EZYFIT Light Boxes. By sewing our Rubber Beading on all edges, we can control & eliminate the puckering & bowing consistent with a number of fabrics.

Sewing Thread

We try to match our Sewing Thread to all prints as best possible. We select a thread that is either neutral (i.e. Natural, Black or White) or a colour that matches the majority colour featured in the design.

Sister Clips

Bravo's Sister Clips made from durable, strong Plastic and are used only for the hanging of Flags. Bravo's Sister Clips are designed for the easy hanging & removal of Flags.

Standard Zippers

Bravo's Standard Zippers are used mostly for clothing and soft furnishing such as cushions. Not as strong as our Industrial Zips, they are available close ended and open ended.

Velcro

Bravo's Velcro is a form of fastening that creates a strong bond, which can easily be opened & re-fastened. It consists of two layers: a "hook" side, which is a piece of fabric covered with tiny hooks, and a "loop" side, which is covered with even smaller and "hairier" loops.

Webbing

Bravo's Webbing is a strong woven fabric often used in strips of varying size. Although it is used in many products, it is most commonly used as reinforcement for curtains, banners, fence wrap and bags.
