Bravo has it’s own “cycle of service and quality”, which tracks a job from initial brief through to final delivery. There are “4 Quality Gates” at each critical point of progress. Our client service team take a brief and create a job specification. An estimate and job specification are returned to the client for approval within 24 hours.
The Estimate and job specification approved by the client is checked against the art received and if necessary a new estimate together with a PDF of the artwork, is forwarded to the client for approval. This is the first quality gate.
Once approval has been received for the first quality gate and only if both time permits and a request has been made by the client, we generate a proof to show actual colour & print resolution on the fabric media requested. This is the second quality gate.
Once the proof has been approved by the client, or in the case of no proof being requested, we progress to final print. Firstly the artwork is checked by the production manager, against either the approved proof or approved PDF and then the job is put into production. This is the third quality gate.
Print team members match either the approved PDF or the colour correct approved proof, produce the image and deliver the images and the job specification to the finishing team. Finishing may include trimming, sewing, fitting, mounting or assembly into a display system. The production manager checks over the final product with the finishing team. This is the fourth quality gate.
